Archidep collects only the information needed to understand a request, communicate with the person concerned and administer a potential mandate.

Information collected

The form may include contact details, building address, municipality, description, deadline and uploaded documents. The site may also measure usage events without sending file content to analytics tools.

Use and retention

Information is used for triage and follow-up. Temporary files are removed from the server after the delivery attempt. Copies received by email are retained according to professional, contractual and legal needs.

Access and security

Access is limited to people handling the request and required technical providers. Personal information is not sold.

To request access, correction or withdrawal of information, email info@archidep.ca. Some information may need to be retained for legal or professional obligations.

Session storage

The form uses browser session storage to temporarily preserve fields. It is cleared with the session or after successful submission.
